This study aims to design and implement a web-based inventory management information system at SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin Cisurupan to overcome the constraints of conventional asset management. The main problems faced by the school include difficulties in data retrieval, inventory inaccuracies, and inefficient infrastructure reporting workflows. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. Data analysis was performed using percentage techniques to map user needs regarding system features. The results show that 96.7% of respondents support the transition to a digital system, as it is considered capable of improving transparency and the speed of asset information access. The designed system provides key features such as centralized data input, automatic maintenance management, and real-time inventory reports. Test results indicate that this web-based system effectively reduces administrative bureaucracy and improves staff work effectiveness. With the implementation of this system, SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin is expected to achieve more professional, accountable, and data-driven asset governance. The success of this system serves as a foundation for the school to undertake more comprehensive digital transformation in the future.
