The findings indicate that the implementation of practical worship guidance is integrated into AIK learning through classroom instruction, worship demonstrations, daily habituation, and practical assessments. Learning emphasizes not only cognitive achievement but also the development of students' attitudes and practical worship skills based on Muhammadiyah Tarjih decisions. Supporting factors include competent AIK teachers, principal leadership, adequate worship facilities, and an Islamic school culture. Inhibiting factors include students' diverse religious backgrounds, limited instructional time, and insufficient parental reinforcement at home. This study contributes to strengthening AIK learning as a medium for internalizing Muhammadiyah worship values and developing students' religious competence.
