Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kali ini bekerjasama dengan BEM Fakultas Ekonomi Unes. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, kita tidak hanya mengajak anak-anak untuk bersimpati kepada sesama tapi juga mengajak mereka untuk peduli dengan lingkungan sekitar terutama dimasa pandemi covid 19 ini. Pada masa ini, setiap orang harus waspada dan wajib menjaga dan melaksanakan protokol kesehatan guna mencegah penyebaran penularan covid 19. Tujuan diadakan pengabdian ini adalah: 1. Untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada anak-anak yatim Puti Bungsu tentang pentingnya mematuhi protokol kesehatan di dalam beraktivitas sebagai bentuk pencegahan penyebaran covid 19. 2. Menumbuhkan rasa peduli dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap anak yatim. 3. Untuk menjalankan salah satu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu pengabdian masyarakat 4. Menjalin dan mempererat tali silaturahim antar sesama. Pengabdian ini diberikan untuk anak-anak yatim yang ada di panti asuhan Puti Bungsu Padang. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat oleh Tim pengabdi Program Studi Manajemen, bersama BEM Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Ekasakti ini, anak-anak Panti Asuhan Puti Bungsu lebih memahami tentang pandemik covid-19 dan cara pencegahannya. Mereka juga memperoleh bantuan sebagai empati terhadap masalah keterbatasan pemenuhan kebutuhan anak-anak Panti Asuhan di masa covid-19 ini.

Abstract

The quality of primary and secondary education in Indonesia remains relatively low due to minimal service standards and widespread corruption in the education sector. To improve school quality, regular evaluation programs such as audits are necessary. Therefore, the objective of this literature review is to understand the role of audits in enhancing accountability and transparency in the use of BOS funds in educational institutions. This research method employs a systematic literature review using the PRISMA technique, focusing on research articles published from 2014 to 2024, totaling 8 articles. Based on the literature review, it is concluded that audits implemented to promote accountability and transparency have a positive impact on the management of BOS funds. Factors supporting the role of audits in accountability and transparency include: (1) stakeholder participation in BOS fund management, and (2) clarity of regulations in BOS fund management. Conversely, factors hindering this role include lack of human resource competence and insufficient media coverage. Therefore, it is hoped that these audits will enhance service quality in educational institutions through improved accountability and transparency in BOS fund management.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) complaints that are often felt by almost all populations in the world are low back pain (LBP) complaints. Workers experience several risk factors: work posture, service length, and smoking habits. Squatting, standing, and sitting positions that are not ergonomic can cause the body to tire easily, causing musculoskeletal muscle disorders. This study aims to determine the relationship between work position, working period and smoking habit with low back pain complaints among shipyard workers in the welding section at PT X Batam City in 2023. This research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were 110 welding shipyard workers (welder) with a sample size of 86 people (solving formula). The research instruments used were questionnaires and RULA worksheets. The sampling technique used was Simple Random Sampling. The statistical test used is a program on a computer where two kinds of data analysis will be carried out, namely univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The statistical test results show a significant relationship between work posture and low back pain complaints, namely p-value = 0.000 and Pearson correlation = 0.871. There is a significant relationship between the working period with low back pain complaints, namely value = 0.000 and Pearson correlation = 0.490 & there is a significant relationship between smoking habits with low back pain complaints, namely value = 0.015 & pearson correlation = 0.261. There is a relationship between work posture, work period and smoking habits with low back pain complaints with a p-value <0.05. As for the suggestions in this study, for work postures, work station design can be carried out according to the welded products, while the working period for workers with high working periods can be limited to the number of working hours and to reduce smoking habits, the implementation of no smoking in the work environment area and appreciation for workers who do not smoke and proven good medical check-up results..

Abstract

The Aceh government designated Bireuen Regency as a santri city which was declared to coincide with the commemoration of the 6th National Santri Day (HSN) on October 22, 2020. This was done because Bireuen Regency is an area that has the largest number of Islamic boarding schools compared to other districts in Aceh with the number of santri which reached 51 thousand people. IAI has issued a financial reporting standard for Islamic Boarding Schools, namely Islamic Boarding School Accounting Guidelines which became effective in May 2018 which aims to facilitate Islamic Boarding Schools in preparing their financial reports, and can provide added value for the progress of Islamic Boarding Schools. The goal to be achieved in this program is how to apply the skills of SMPS Islam Darul 'Ulum Tanoh Mirah administrators so that they have skills regarding accounting practices based on Islamic Boarding School. The method used is Participatory Based learning, namely learning activities that involve teams and partners starting from the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages of the program. The activity plan is carried out in the form of accounting and management learning and training which is carried out both in theory and practice. Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to find out: 1) How the teachers plan to increase the motivation of third grade students to memorize the Qur’an at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia , Sadayan Hamlet, Sebayan Hamlet, Sambas District, in 2022; 2) How do teachers improve the motivation of third grade students to memorize the Qur’an at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia,Sadayan hamlet,Sebayan Village, Sambas District, Year 2022; and 3) What Are the implications of teachers in increasing the motivation of third grade students to memorize the Qur’an at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia, Sadayan Village, Sebayan Village, Sambas District, Year 2022. The reseach uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of reseach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclutions. The results of the research show that 1) the teacher’s planning to increase the motivation of class III students to memorize the Al-Qur’an at the Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia, sadayan hamlet, sabayan village, Sambas District in 2022, the teacher prepares material to motivate and maintain the enthusiasm of the students in memorize the qur’an. Target that has been set, and complete juz 30 and finally cary out an evaluation; 2) theacers implication increasing class students motivation for class III students at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia; 3) The teachers implementation in increasing the motivation of class III students to memorize the A-Qur’an at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia,Sadayan Hamlet, Sabayan Vilallage, Sambas District in 2022, start from the initial activities, arranging class condition, taking attendance of students and muroja’ah. Next, the core part is preparing media, material III for memorizing the qur’an at the Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia, Sadayan Hamlet, Sabayan Village, Sambas District in 2022, the existence of motivation and methods. This has an impact on the students memorization targets that have been achieved. Although there are some students who have not been able to achieve this.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the personnel management of village officials by developing SIMPEG application to realize Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of Village in Kendal Village, Sekaran District, Lamongan Regency. The type of research is research dan development (R&D) method by using prototype model that consists of 3 steps, which are: listen to customer, build/revise mock-up, and customer test drives mock-up. The techniques of data collection are literature study, deep interview, observation, and documentation. The results show that the personnel management using SIMPEG application has realized the 17th SDGs of Village (partnership for rural development through management and integration of information and communication technology (ICT). The development of Village SIMPEG application also is one of the efforts to realize the principles of electronic government and orderly personnel administration. However, this application still needs develpment by providing upload button to upload files related to several SIMPEG menu. The upload button can be used as an electronic archive that support information, such as educational history form, training history form, and award history form

Abstract

Archiving activities are part of the dministrative activities in an organization, which are very important. Archival management is a major factor in supporting the course of administrative activities in an organization. However, in practice, there are still organizations that are lacking in managing archives, so it can also affect the service process to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of electronic mail archiving applications in the form of APEL SISA in Kendel Village to realize the development of information and communication technology in achieving the Village SDGs. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research refers to the theory of Muhidin and Winata (2016) that digital archive management activities include two things, namely archive storage and archive retrieval. The data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that by using APEL SISA, archive storage in Kendal Village, which was originally manual, becomes more effective and efficient in providing services to the community, and electronic retrieval of archives can facilitate archive management at the Kendal Village office. Based on this, the management of archives in Kendal Village needs to be done all electronically to make it easier to manage archives that are stored and find back archives when needed.

Abstract

This study looks into the current, and potential uses of Blockchain technology in business, specifically in security system of enterprise. The goal of this study is to use modern blockchain technology to address the problem of enhancing the degree of cybersecurity in huge corporations. Enterprises that have seen examples of cyber fraud perpetrated not only by hackers but also by business personnel have evaluated the urgency of the matter. The authors have developed a blockchain-based system dynamic model of the company's cybersecurity system. The use of this modeling tool enables the creation of a computer model of a complicated cybersecurity system, which can then be used to design the suggested update more effectively. We show how Blockchain affects auditing in a variety of ways that will fundamentally alter the profession. We also believe that blockchain technology should be integrated into other parts of cybersecurity, including auditing and general accounting operations. The findings have allowed researchers to draw conclusions about the increased system response in cases of employee fraud in the context of a company's automated information system that uses blockchain technology.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. TVS SCS Indonesia South Jakarta. The population in this study were all employees of PT. TVS SCS Indonesia South Jakarta and the sample used was a saturated sample with a total of 60 employees. Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a correlation value of 0.808, meaning it has a strong influence, a coefficient of determination of 65.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (10,440 > 1.672) and this was also strengthened by the  value < sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so from this research it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership style variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) at PT. TVS SCS Indonesia. Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a correlation value of 0.906, meaning it has a strong influence, the coefficient of determination is 82%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (16.272 > 1.672) and this was also strengthened by the  value < sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so from this research it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the work discipline variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) at PT. TVS SCS Indonesia. Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a correlation value of 0.921, meaning that they have a strong influence. Coefficient of determination 84.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained fcount > ftable or (159.696 > 3.159). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so from this research it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) of PT. TVS SCS Indonesia.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi digital pada institusi pendidikan saat ini telah menjadi suatu keharusan, hal ini karena adanya kebutuhan dan penyesuaian terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang digunakan diharapkan akan mendukung tingkat efisiensi dan efektifitas proses maupun layanan dalam institusi tersebut. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan suatu penilaian terhadap kualitas baik dari sisi layanan maupun proses dalam organisasi sehingga dapat diketahui bagian apa saja yang perlu dipertahankan, ditingkatkan atau diperbaiki. Proses pengukuran maturity level menggunakan CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan sebuah organisasi dalam mengelola penggunaan teknologi serta dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Penilaian dilakukan pada masing-masing proses area terpilih yaitu pada proyek manajemen, manajemen proses, rekayasa, dan dukungan, dengan masing-masing memiliki sub praktik untuk penilaian. Hasil pengukuran maturity level menggunakan CMMI di UTDI diperoleh hasil penilaian skor 3,1875, berada pada Level 3 (Defined) bahwa proses diatur dan dijelaskan dengan baik di tingkat organisasi, atau secara keseluruhan sudah berada dalam kondisi baik. Dengan area proses tertinggi pada praktik Rekayasa dengan skor 4, dan area proses yang perlu ditingkatkan dengan skor 2 pada area proses manajemen resiko, Inovasi proses organisasi, Analisis penyebab masalah dan tindakan solusi.
