<![CDATA[Activities of elementary school students (SD) lately have been more diverse, they do things that are done by older people without knowing the consequences they will face. BK teacher's role is very important in this regard. Characteristics of guidance and counseling (BK) in elementary school are very different because it can be used as classroom teacher's BK teachers. BK teacher's task is to conduct guidance to see the potential, talent, enthusiasm and intelligence of students. In addition, counseling on problems was experienced by students who could potentially interfere in the learning process. Things are rarely studied or used as an alternative BK activity, so it is seen as a novelty in this paper is the diary. Diary is one of the media used in guidance and counseling activities. Students can freely write anything in the diary. Diary is one way teachers to communicate with the written language.
