The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged the transformation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning toward more innovative, contextual, and student-centered approaches. This study aims to analyze the transformation of PAI learning through Project-Based Learning (PjBL), Problem-Based Learning (PBL), and Research-Based Learning (RBL) from the perspective of Islamic Education Management in the technological era. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the PRISMA 2020 framework. Data were collected from scientific articles, books, conference proceedings, and relevant academic publications indexed in several scientific databases. The collected literature was analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify patterns, concepts, and findings related to technology-based PAI learning transformation. The results indicate that the integration of project, problem, and research-based approaches contributes significantly to enhancing students’ critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, digital literacy, and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, the implementation of these approaches supports the development of Islamic character values through active and meaningful learning experiences. From the perspective of Islamic Education Management, successful transformation requires effective planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation processes grounded in the principles of tauhid, amanah, justice, shura, and ihsan. Therefore, technology-based PAI learning transformation can serve as a strategic effort to create a generation that is intellectually competent, digitally literate, and morally grounded in Islamic values.
