Introduction: Kidney failure is a condition where kidney function suddenly stops, which is caused by the inability of the kidneys to filter waste products from the body's metabolism by itself. Therefore, assistance with equipment is needed to restore kidney function to normal, thus requiring kidney replacement therapy, one of which is dialysis therapy. Objective: To explain nursing care regarding the main problem of sleep quality in kidney failure patients with the intervention of providing lavender aromatherapy. Method: This research uses a descriptive research design in the form of a case study that identifies a nursing care problem for kidney failure patients. Results: The lavender aromatherapy treatment given to the patient after evaluation found that the patient was able to improve the quality of his sleep. Conclusion: From the evaluation results, all sleep difficulties experienced by kidney failure patients improved sleep quality after being given lavender aromatherapy intervention.
