Introduction: One of the main causes of death globally is tuberculosis (TB), a chronic infectious disease brought on by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Although it should be a key part of managing multiple drug-resistant (MDR) tuberculosis, palliative care is still underutilized. Methods: This study is a review of the literature that uses four databases: PubMed, Scopus, Science Direct, and ProQuest—for analysis of original research. The database search terms that were entered were "palliative care" and "tuberculosis." The publications that were found had a number of limitations, including being published during the last ten years (2015–2025). Results: The literature review synthesized seven publications in total. Palliative care for TB patients falls into four categories: screening, treatment, care, and creating a supportive atmosphere outside of medical facilities. Conclusion: To improve the success of TB prevention, palliative care for TB patients is required from the time of initial detection to the end of treatment.
