Introduction: WHO records data on breast milk coverage in Indonesia as of 2022 at 67.96%. The Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) Provincial Health Service in 2022 recorded that the number of babies receiving exclusive breast milk was 73.25%, still far from the target set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, namely 88% (Nurbaiti & Gustina, 2022). Actions that can be taken to increase breast milk production are by stimulating the breastfeeding hormone, namely the hormone oxytocin, which can be stimulated with oxytocin massage. Based on the description above, researchers are interested in conducting research on the effect of oxytocin massage education on increasing the productivity of exclusive breastfeeding. Method: This research uses Quasy Experimental Design (Pretest – Posttest Control Group Design). The population in this study were all post partum mothers in the Tegalrejo Health Center and Jetis Health Center areas, Yogyakarta with a sample size of 28 people in the intervention group and 28 people in the control group Result: Based on the results of statistical tests, it shows that there is a difference in the productivity of exclusive breastfeeding after oxytocin massage in the intervention group and the control group with a p value <0.05 Conclusion: Based on the discussion of the research results, it can be interpreted that post partum mothers who were given oxytocin massage can produce increased breast milk productivity compared to the control group who were not given oxytocin massage.
