Lack of breast milk production is a concern for every postpartum mother who has just given birth. This is due to the perception of a lack of breast milk received by her baby. The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in breast milk production before and after oxytocin massage. This research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with the number of subjects who were observed for 1 week before and after being given oxytocin massage as many as 34 postpartum mothers at the independent midwife practice (TPMB). The research instrument used an oxytocin massage observation sheet. Furthermore, by conducting an analysis, it was found that there was a difference in breast milk production before and after oxytocin massage was given. The results of breast milk production before were 6.6 cc to 7.8 cc with a Z value of -5.095 and a p value of <0.0001, which means that there was a statistically significant difference before and after oxytocin massage was given.
