PERANCANGAN USER INTERFACE DAN USER EXPERIENCE APLIKASI DIGITAL BIDANG KESELAMATAN KERJA DAN KESEHATAN KERJA BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE

Abstract

AbstrakKeselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan produktif. Namun, pengelolaan data serta pelaporan Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) di perusahaan masih sering dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efektif dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) aplikasi web K3 pada PT Indovatech Alzam Sejahtera dengan pendekatan Design Thinking yang meliputi tahap empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Evaluasi usability dilakukan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap 39 responden setelah mencoba prototipe. Hasil penelitian berupa prototipe aplikasi web dengan fitur utama pengelolaan Aset, Inspeksi, Audit, Observasi, dan Insiden. Pengujian SUS menghasilkan rata-rata skor 98,14 yang masuk kategori excellent, menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat usability sangat baik dan mampu mendukung pengelolaan HSE secara lebih efektif, transparan, dan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan budaya keselamatan kerja di perusahaan.Kata kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Health Safety and Environment (HSE), UI/UX, System Usability Scale (SUS), Design ThinkingAbstractOccupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a crucial aspect in creating a safe and productive work environment. However, data management and reporting of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in companies are often done manually, resulting in ineffectiveness and lack of integration. This study aims to design a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for an OHS web application at PT Indovatech Alzam Sejahtera using the Design Thinking approach, which encompasses the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. Usability evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method on 39 respondents after trying the application prototype. The research resulted in a web application prototype featuring Asset Management, Inspection, Audit, Observation, and Incident reporting. SUS testing yielded an average score of 98.14 in the excellent category, indicating the system has a very high level of usability and is capable of supporting more effective, transparent, and sustainable HSE management to enhance workplace safety culture.KeyWords: Occupational Safety and Health (OHS), Health Safety and Environment (HSE), UI/UX, System Usability Scale (SUS), Design Thinking
