<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) bagaimanakah pelaksanaan kompetensi profesional guru SD Se-gugus Gajah Mada Paranggupito; (2) bagaimana kreativitas belajar IPA siswa SD Se-gugus Gajah mada Paranggupito; (3) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi professionalisme guru terhadap kreativitas belajar IPA siswa di SD Se-Gugus Gajah Mada Paranggupito tahun ajaran 2014/2015.Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Segugus Gajah Mada paranggupito pada bulan Juni semester genap tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sampel. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru SD Se-Gugus Gajah Mada Paranggupito yang berjumlah 104 guru dan sampel penelitian yang diambil berjumlah 82 guru. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Kesahihan dan kepercayaan instrument penelitian ini diperoleh melalui validasi isi (expert judgement) dan reabilitas. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kreativitas belajar IPA siswa dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi sederhana.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat data (1) kompetensi professional guru menunjukkan bahwa besarnya Mean (M) 122,15 yang berada pada kelas interval 107,25 < X ≤ 126,75 dengan presentase sebesar 63,41% berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) variabel kreativitas belajar IPA siswa menunjukkan bahwa besarnya Mean (M) 82,82 yang berada pada kelas interval 71,5 < X ≤ 84,5 dengan presentase sebesar 53,66% berada pada kategori tinggi; (3) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan anatara kompetensi professional guru terhadap kreativitas belajar IPA siswa di Sekolah Dasar Se-Gugus Gajah Mada Paranggupito tahun ajaran 2014/2015, dengan diperoleh thitung = 3,706, ttabel = 1,664, dimana thitung > ttabel, p<0,05, artinya semakin tinggi kompetensi profesional guru maka semakin tinggi pula kreativitas belajar IPA siswa. Sebaliknya semakin rendah kompetensi profesional guru maka semakin rendah pula kreativitas belajar IPA siswa. Implementasi dari hasil penelitian dengan adanya pengaruh yang positif kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kreativitas belajar IPA siswa, maka dibutuhkan peran penting pihak sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru dalam upaya meningkatkan kreativitas belajar IPA siswa melalui berbagai program kegiatan di sekolah.Kata kunci: kompetensi profesional guru, kreativitas belajar IPA siswa.ABSTRACTThis research aims to know 1) how was the implementation of professional teachers competency, 2) how the nature science students creativity in Elementary School, 3) whether there was the influence of professional teachers to the nature science students creativity.Research was conducted in Gajah Mada Elementary School at Paranggupito in June of even semester Academic Year 2014/2015. The research was sample research. The sample collection techniques was conducted by proportional random sampling. The populations were 104 teachers and the samples were 82 teachers. Data collection technique used observation, documentation and questionare. The reliability and trust instrument were obtained through the contents validation methods (expert judgement). While to find out the influence of professional teachers competence to the nature science students creativity used descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis.Based on research results, the data as follows: 1) the professional teachers competence showed the mean (m) 122,15 that was in class intervals 107,25 & it; x 126,75 with the percentage of 63,41% was in the high category; 2) the students creativity variable showed the mean (m) 82,82 that was in class intervals 71.5 & it; x 84,5 with the percentage of 53,66% was in high category 3) there was a positive influence and significant between professional teacher competency to the nature science students creativity, with t count = 3,706 , t table = 1,664 , where tcount & gt; ttable , p & it; 0.05, it means that the higher the profesional teachers, the nature science students creativity will be high too and vice versa.
