<![CDATA[Abstrak: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the principal's servant leadership on teacher performance at Siborongborong 1 Public High School in the 2025/2026 academic year. The method used in this study is quantitative. The population is the total number of teachers at Siborongborong 1 Public High School, which is 78 people, and the sample size is 78 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of the principal's servant leadership on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong, as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) Analysis requirements test, a) The normality test obtained an asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.457 > 0.05; b) The linearity test obtained a significant deviation of linearity value of 0.561 > 0.05. 2) Hypothesis testing a) The correlation test between variables X and Y obtained an rxy rcount value > rtabel, namely 0.414 > 0.222, indicating a positive relationship between variables X and Y. b) The significant relationship test obtained a value of tcount > ttable, namely tcount > ttable, 3.964 > 1.991, thus indicating a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. c) The regression equation test obtained the regression equation Y = 7.011+0.580 X. d) The regression coefficient of determination (r²) = 17.1%. e) The hypothesis test using the F-test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 15.716 > 3.97. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the research confirms the hypothesis. Kata kunci: Servant Leadership, School Principal, Teacher Performance Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong Tahun Pembelajaran 2025/2026. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh adalah jumlah keseluruhan guru SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong sebanyak 78 orang dan sampel sebanyak 78 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan servant leadership Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong, dibuktikan melalui analisa data berikut ini: 1) Uji persyaratan analisis, a) Uji normalitas diperoleh nilai asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,457 > 0,05; b) Uji linieritas diperoleh nilai signifikan devitiation of linearity yaitu sebesar 0,561 > 0,05. 2) Uji Hipotesis a) Uji korelasi antara variabel X dan Y diperoleh nilai rxy rhitung > rtabel yaitu 0,414 > 0,222 dengan menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara variabel X dengan Y. b) Uji hubungan yang signifikan diperoleh nilai thitung> ttabel yaitu thitung > ttabel, 3,964 > 1,991 dengan demikian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dengan variabel Y. c) Uji persamaan regresi, diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 7,011+0,580 X. d) Uji koefisien determinasi regresi (r2) = 17,1 %. e) Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji F diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 15,716 > 3,97. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara servant leadership Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong Tahun Pembelajaran 2025/2026 yaitu sebesar 17,1%.
