<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR), and Return On Equity (ROE) both simultaneously and partially on financial performance as measured by Return On Assets (ROA) in Software and IT Service sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2022-2024 period. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive research characteristics. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements obtained from the official IDX website with a total of 51 observation samples. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that simultaneously, the NPM, CR, and ROE variables had a significant effect on financial performance with an F value (30.140) > F table (2.80) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, the NPM and ROE variables had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, where each had a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Conversely, the CR variable had no significant effect on financial performance with a significance value of 0.212 > 0.05. The Coefficient of Determination R2 value indicates that the variation in financial performance can be explained by the NPM, CR, and ROE variables by 63.6%, while the remaining 36.4% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. Keywords: Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, Return On Equity, Financial Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR), dan Return On Equity (ROE) baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan Return On Assets (ROA) pada perusahaan sub sektor Software and IT Service yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2022-2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang diperoleh dari situs resmi BEI dengan total 51 sampel pengamatan. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel NPM, CR, dan ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan nilai Fhitung (30.140) > F tabel (2.80) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial, variabel NPM dan ROE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, di mana masing-masing memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sebaliknya, variabel CR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,212 > 0,05. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi R2 menunjukkan bahwa variasi kinerja keuangan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel NPM, CR, dan ROE sebesar 63,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini.
