Abstrak Penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS tentang keanekaragaman budaya dengan melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan model example non example. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas III SD N IV Ngraho Kedungtuban Blora tahun pelajaran 2015-2016. Pelaksanaan penelitian terdiri dari dua siklus. Tahap tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data nontes dipaparkan pada siklus I dan siklus II meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Cara yang digunakan untuk memecahkan persoalan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan model example non example dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model example non example terbukti lebih efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS pada materi keanekaragaman budaya. Penggunaan model example non example juga meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran. Hasil tes terlihat pada pembelajaran prasiklus, nilai rata-rata 58,33 dengan persentase ketuntasan 14,29%. Pembelajaran pertama siklus I, nilai rata-rata meningkat sebesar 72,00 dengan persentase ketuntasan 61,91%, sedangkan pada pembelajaran kedua siklus I, nilai rata-rata sebesar 72,38 dengan persentase ketuntasan 66,67%. Pembelajaran pertama siklus II, nilai rata-rata menjadi sebesar 76,81 dengan persentase ketuntasan 90,48%. Pada pembelajaran kedua siklus II, nilai rata-rata meningkat sebesar 81,67 dengan persentase ketuntasan mencapai 100%. Berdasarkan deskripsi di atas, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa model example non example mampu meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran pada siswa kelas III SD N IV Ngraho Kedungtuban Blora. Model ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu model pembelajaran dalam mengajar IPS. The examination was done in five grade of Ngraho elementary school, Kedungtuban, Blora, in lesson year of 2015-2016. The examination practice there was two cycle. Every rank siclus to consist of planning, practicing, noticing, reflection. Non test data was explanation in cycle I and cycle II to consist of observation, interview, and documentation. The method was used to devide the problem in the examination was utilization example non example model in the studying practicing activities.The result of examination was to show that example non example model to provided more than efective to used in the social knowledge science subject (IPS) for many various cultural matter. The using of example non example model also to increase the studying result. Result of the test will be looked in the pre cycle learning, level value 58,33 with the passing percentage 14,29%. In the first studying cycle I, level value was increase to 72,00 with the passing percentage 61,91%. In the second studying of cycle I, level value was 72,38 with the passing percentage 66,67%. The first studying cycle II, level value to appoint in 76,81 with the passing percentage 90,48%. In the second studying cycle II, the level value was increase to appoint in 81,67 with the passing percentage 100%. Based on the description of the examiner to conclude that example non example model be able to increase studying result of the student five grade in Ngraho elementary school, Kedunguban, Blora.
