PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN SIKDA GENERIK TERHADAP INDIVIDUAL IMPACT DI PUSKESMAS KECAMATAN KEBON JERUK

Abstract: Utilization of the Generic Regional Health Information System (SIKDA) at the community health center aims to support effective and efficient health services. However, suboptimal system use can impact the perceived impact of staff as users. This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of the SIKDA Generik system on individual impact at Kebon Jeruk District Community Health Center. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all using the Generic SIKDA at the Kebon Jeruk District Health Center, with a sample of 70 respondents drawn using total sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The results showed that the level of use of the Generic SIKDA was in the moderate category, with the highest index value for the frequency of use indicator at 48.5 and the lowest for the duration of use indicator at 45.25. The individual impact perceived by officers was also in the moderate category, with the highest index value for the customer satisfaction indicator at 49.25 and the lowest for the task productivity indicator at 36.5. Regression test results indicated a significant effect between the use of the Generic SIKDA on officers' individual impact, with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), a correlation coefficient of 0.798, and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.638, It indicates that 63.8% of the variation or improvement in individual impact is influenced by the use of the SIKDA Generik system. Keywords: Generic SIKDA, System Use, Individual Impact, Community Health Center   Abstrak: Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Daerah (SIKDA) Generik di puskesmas bertujuan untuk mendukung pelayanan kesehatan yang efektif dan efisien. Namun, penggunaan sistem yang belum optimal dapat memengaruhi dampak yang dirasakan oleh petugas sebagai pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan SIKDA Generik terhadap individual impact di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna SIKDA Generik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penggunaan SIKDA Generik berada pada kategori sedang, dengan nilai indeks tertinggi pada indikator frekuensi penggunaan sebesar 48,5 dan nilai terendah pada indikator durasi penggunaan sebesar 45,25. Individual impact yang dirasakan petugas juga berada pada kategori sedang, dengan nilai indeks tertinggi pada indikator customer satisfaction sebesar 49,25 dan terendah pada indikator task productivity sebesar 36,5. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan SIKDA Generik terhadap individual impact petugas dengan nilai p-value = 0,000 (< 0,05), koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,798, serta koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,638, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 63,8% perubahan atau peningkatan pada individual impact dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan sikda generic.
