This study examines how authoritarian, benevolent, and moral leadership affect employee creativity in the poultry industry, with Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) as a mediator and Psychological Capital (PsyCap) as a moderator. An explanatory cross-sectional survey of 138 employees of PT Patriot Intan Abadi was analyzed using PLS-SEM. None of the three leadership dimensions directly affected creativity; however, each had a significant indirect effect through LMX. The model explained 49.3% of the variance in creativity, and PsyCap strengthened the relationships between each leadership dimension and LMX. The findings identify LMX and PsyCap as key mechanisms supporting creativity in hierarchical work settings
