Religion is often the most sensitive and exclusive point of contention in Lombok society. Therefore, religious sentiment cannot be overlooked and is considered one of the important variables that can trigger social unrest. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of traditional institutions and village government in fostering religious harmony through an integrated social responsibility approach in North Lombok Regency. The study uses a quantitative research method measured using the RASCH Model. The results of the study show that: (1) The most serious challenge in building religious harmony in North Lombok Regency is exercising self-restraint even when it is unjust and legal protection against all forms of discrimination. Meanwhile, the easiest opportunities for building religious harmony in North Lombok Regency are: a sense of humanity and mutual respect. (2) Religious groups have a relatively equal level of perception regarding the importance of harmony, tolerance, and the harmonization of religious life in North Lombok Regency. (3) The ISR approach is very effective in building religious harmony in North Lombok Regency, carried out by the village government function with the assistance of traditional institution functions
