This study examines the effect of workload, training programs, and motivation factors on employee work productivity at PT Karya Mekar Dewatamali Jombang. This research employed a quantitative approach. All 127 employees in the production division were selected as respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaire distribution. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results showed that: 1) workload had a positive and significant effect on work productivity (p = 0.010; t = 2.615); 2) training had a positive and significant effect on work productivity (p = 0.014; t = 2.497); 3) motivation had a positive and significant effect on work productivity (p = 0.018; t = 2.407); and 4) workload, training, and motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on work productivity (p = 0.000; F = 26.025).
