Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the influence of sociodemographic and socioeconomic factors on the financial literacy of students of the Faculty of Economics at Hasyim Asy'ari University Tebuireng Jombang. Sociodemographic factors are represented by gender, place of residence, study program, year of generation, GPA, and parent education, while socioeconomic factors are represented by parent income and individual income. The population used in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics (Management, Accounting, and Islamic Economics) as many as 316 students with the number of samples used were 177 students with a collection technique proportionate stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used is ordinal logistic regression. The results of this study found that the variables that have an influence on financial literacy are study programs, while gender, place of residence, year of force, GPA, education of parents (father and mother), parent income, and individual income did not affect student financial literacy. In addition, this study also found that the level of financial literacy of students of the Faculty of Economics of Hasyim Asy'ari University was in the medium category, amounting to 75.82%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of institutional accountability and transparency of financial reports on the trust of donors at the Ummul Quro (LAZ-UQ) Jombang Amil Zakat Institution. The population in this study were all LAZ-UQ donors until 2018 totaling 4,943. Based on the research objectives that the researcher wants to achieve, namely to determine the effect of institutional accountability and transparency of financial reports on donor trust, the authors used a sample of new donors recorded as permanent donors in the last five months (the start of the March-July study) as many as 606 donors. by using the theory of Baiky (1982) in Rumidi (2006: 54) which reveals that for research using data analysis with statistics, the least number of samples is 30. The sample method used is random sampling. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16 as the test tool.. The result of the coefficient of determination (R²) shows that the variables of institutional accountability and transparency of financial statements have an influence on donor trust by 22.1% while the remaining 77.9% (100% -22.1%) can be explained by other variables.

Abstract

UMKM jamur tiram desa Sidowarek Kecamatan Ngoro Kabupaten Jombang merupakan bentuk kegiatan kewirausahaan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat setempat dimana jamur tiram menjadi produk unggulan di desa tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama pemerintah desa Sidowarek dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran UMKM khususnya dalam pengembangan bisnis digital agar dapat memperluas pemasaran produk jamur jamur tiram. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah terjadi peningkatan kognitif UMKM dan peningkatan kemampuan penggunaan media bisnis digital serta peningkatan kemampuan pemerintah desa dalam pemberian informasi, pengelolaan pengembangan bisnis digital.
