The decline in performance at PT. IFINDO in 2025 triggered this research. The main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between employee performance, motivation, and intermediary variables such as remuneration and job satisfaction. The SEM-PLS model is a quantitative technique used in this study. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 from 76 workers selected using a saturation sampling strategy. The questionnaire was created using Google Forms. Based on the findings, motivation is positively and significantly influenced by remuneration and job satisfaction, but performance is not affected by these factors. On the other hand, employee motivation mediates the relationship between remuneration, job satisfaction, and performance, and has a positive and statistically significant impact on performance. These results show that increasing employee motivation is the most effective way to improve performance, rather than relying solely on financial considerations. To encourage long-term commitment to the company, it is crucial to optimize methods that consider both financial and non-financial factors.
