Stock price fluctuations that are not always aligned with financial performance and research gaps from previous studies form the background of this research. This study aims to analyze the effect of ROA, EPS, and NPM on stock prices in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2023-2025 period. The population is all companies in the subsector. Purposive sampling resulted in 13 sample companies with 39 observations. Secondary data were obtained from annual financial reports and closing stock prices. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests using SPSS. The results show: ROA has a significant negative effect (sig. 0.000; B=-5,742.259); EPS has a significant positive effect (sig. 0.000; B=37.065); NPM has a significant positive effect (sig. 0.000; B=11,173.269); Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect (F=74.248; sig. 0.000). The R² value of 0.895 indicates the three variables explain 89.5% of stock price variations, while the remaining 10.5% is explained by other factors. EPS is the most dominant variable (Beta=0.880), followed by NPM (Beta=0.755) and ROA (Beta=-0.809).
