Achieving Community-Based Total Sanitation (STBM) Pillar Four on Household Waste Management within the Banyuwangi Hijau Program requires effective community facilitation. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between facilitators’ internal and external factors and the achievement of STBM Pillar Four in Banyuwangi Regency. A quantitative cross-sectional study was conducted involving 123 facilitators selected through total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses with Chi-Square or exact tests as appropriate. The results showed that most working areas were categorized as moderately achieved. All facilitators had good knowledge and training experience, while most demonstrated good attitudes, high motivation, and good triggering implementation. Formal education, attitude, motivation, triggering implementation, and demonstration media were not significantly associated with program achievement. However, the use of flipchart media showed a statistically significant relationship with STBM Pillar Four achievement, highlighting the potential importance of appropriate visual communication tools in community facilitation.
