<![CDATA[This study examines the effects of leadership style, skills, and human resource development on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Bombana Regency. A quantitative cross-sectional design was used. The target population comprised 79 employees; a census approach was attempted, and 78 usable questionnaires were returned and analyzed. Data were collected through questionnaires and examined using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 24. The results show that leadership style (? = 0.292; p = 0.012), skills (? = 0.297; p = 0.011), and human resource development (? = 0.299; p = 0.009) each have positive and statistically significant effects on employee performance. The model is significant overall (F = 46.076; p < 0.001) and explains 65.1% of the variance in employee performance (R² = 0.651; adjusted R² = 0.637). Human resource development has the largest standardized coefficient, although the difference among the three coefficients is small.
