This empirical study examines the influence of human resources digitalization on employee job satisfaction within the modern corporate environment. Utilizing an explanatory quantitative approach with structural equation modeling on one hundred respondents, the research evaluates key dimensions including system usability, technological effectiveness, access speed, and adaptability. The findings indicate that digital management systems significantly reduce administrative burdens and enhance operational efficiency, which directly improves employee motivation and workplace comfort. Ultimately, strategic investments in advanced technology combined with inclusive managerial policies provide a robust foundation for maintaining competitive advantage and stabilizing employee satisfaction.
