Purpose − The digital transformation in the healthcare sector has driven the increasing adoption of telemedicine platforms as a modern health communication medium. Advances in information and communication technology have made healthcare services more accessible, convenient, and efficient for the public. This study aims to examine the influence of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use on the Intention to Use Halodoc telemedicine, with Attitude Toward Using as a mediating variable, based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework proposed by Davis. Method − This study employed a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to followers of the official @Halodoc Instagram account. A total of 400 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula with a convenience sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Findings − Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on both Intention to Use and Attitude Toward Using. Perceived Ease of Use has a positive but insignificant effect on Intention to Use, yet shows a positive and significant effect on Attitude Toward Using. Attitude Toward Using has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use and successfully mediates the relationship between both Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use toward Intention to Use, highlighting the central role of user attitude in telemedicine acceptance behavior in Indonesia.
