This study aims to describe the 21st century skills of teachers in learning Indonesian at MAN 1 Makassar City. 21stcentury skills include 4C skills (critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration). This study is a qualitative study with data collection techniques involving in depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation in the form of a learning implementation plan (RPP) prepared by teachers. The results of the study indicate that the communication and collaboration skills of teachers in delivering materials and collaboration between teachers and students and with colleagues are going well. However, the critical thinking and creativity skills of teachers still need to be improved, especially in preparing RPPs and making learning media.
