<![CDATA[The implementation of clinical learning in teaching hospitals involves medical students in medical services as part of professional medical education. This condition raises ethical, legal, and healthcare quality management issues, particularly regarding the implementation of informed consent for patients. This study aims to analyze the implementation of informed consent in clinical learning at teaching hospitals from the perspectives of medical ethics, health law, and healthcare quality management, as well as to examine the legal, ethical, and quality management implications of involving medical students in medical services without optimal informed consent. This study employed a normative legal research method using statutory and conceptual approaches. The results indicate that the implementation of informed consent in clinical learning constitutes a form of patient rights protection, respect for patient autonomy, and an essential part of a healthcare system oriented toward patient safety and patient-centered care. The lack of optimal implementation of informed consent may result in legal implications in the form of civil, administrative, and criminal liability, ethical implications in the form of violations of patient autonomy, and healthcare quality management implications in the form of weak healthcare governance and an increased risk of medical disputes in teaching hospitals.]]>
