Cooperation is important in supporting organizational effectiveness, especially in educational foundations where employees need to work and coordinate with one another. This study aims to examine the effect of personal development and organizational culture on cooperation at Yayasan Aliman Darul Hijri Bogor. A quantitative approach was used with descriptive and verificative methods. The study involved 62 employees selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that personal development has a positive and significant effect on cooperation. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on cooperation. Furthermore, both variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on cooperation. These results suggest that employee development and a supportive organizational culture can encourage better communication, coordination, and working relationships among employees.
