Abstract

This research discusses how the style of leadership, the work discipline that influences the performance of employees on the Pusdiklat APU PPT in the city of Depok. The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of employees at the APU PPT Pusdiklat in the city of Depok. The sampling technique uses the quizier technique with the number of 50 respondents who are the Pusdiklat APU PPT staff. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS v.4 with SEM analysis method. (Structural EquationModeling). The results of this study show that the leadership style has a positive and significant influence on the the staff performance, the working discipline positively and significantly affects the performance of the staff, the style of leadership and the work of the discipline positive and meaningful impact on the staff performance.

Abstract

Karyawan PT Dwi Prima Rezeky mengalami konflik antar rekan kerja, beban kerja yang berat, dan beban pikiran karyawan adalah efek dari stres kerja. Akibatnya, kelompok dan pemimpin berada dibawah tekanan dan kurang motivasi, dan karyawan tidak dapat melakukan pekerjaan mereka secara efektif karena tidak ada kompensasi atas usaha mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan karyawan PT Dwi Prima Rezeky yang berjumlah 50 orang dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan populasi yaitu 50 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji t dan Uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program Software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Stres Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Dwi Prima Rezeky.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Yusindo Anggara Tama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV Yusindo Anggara Tama. Analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 30 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Hasil uji instrument penelitian menggunakan uji analisis regresi berganda, uji t, dan uji f. Hasil dari analisis menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan hasil uji analisis regresi berganda sebesar Y = 20,358 + 0,286 X1 + 0,259 X2. Hasil uji t Kompensasi didapatkan hasil t hitung> t tabel (2,722 > 1,708) artinya Ho1 ditolak, dan Ha1 diterima, uji t Kepuasan Kerja diperoleh hasil (2,241 > 1,708) artinya Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima, dan hasil uji f sebesar (22, 401 > 3,54) artinya Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV Yusindo Anggara Tama.

Abstract

Employee performance at the company is not fully optimal due to the lack of work motivation and work discipline at CV Mitra Tani Farm. This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance, with a total population and sample taken of 48 respondents at CV Mitra Tani Farm. The method used is research instruments such as statements distributed to employees which are processed using the SPSS version 26 application. Work motivation and work discipline variables on employee performance using multiple regression analysis methods, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, f tests and coefficients. determination. The results of this research show that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work motivation and work discipline variables simultaneously have an effect on employeeperformance at CV Mitra Tani Farm.

Abstract

In study with title style leadership transformational and compensatory to satisfaction Work employees , with amount samples taken totaling 75 respondents. Method used that is with instrument study distributed questionnaires to employee processed use application SPSS computer . Variable style leadership transformational (X1) and compensatory (X2) against satisfaction Work employee (Y) is processed use analysis correlation , analysis regression , t test, f test as well coefficient determination . Result of study This showing that from variable style leadership transformational (X1) effect to satisfaction work employee (Y), variable compensation (X2) has an effect to satisfaction work employee (Y), as well style leadership transformational (X1) and compensatory (X2) effects in a way together to satisfaction Work employee (Y).

Abstract

In research with the title the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the puret dhuafa integred healthy hospital,Bogor, with a sample size of 78 respondents. The method used is a questionnaire research instrument distributed to employees and processed using a computer application. This research was carried out at the Bogor Dhuafa wallet integred health hospital. The variables motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) were processed using regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that the motivation variable (X1) and the work environment variable (X2) influence employee performance (Y) and that motivation and the work environment jointly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study discusses how incentives, work motivation affect employee performance in Cigudeg District. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of incentives and work motivation on employee performance in Cigudeg District. The sampling technique used a questionnaire technique with a total of 50 respondents who were employees of Cigudeg District. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS v.4 with the SEM (Structural Equatoin Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, incentives and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business is increasingly rapid, marked by the emergence of many cafes which are increasingly common in Indonesia. Many cafes run culinary businesses that take advantage of practicality in consuming food and drinks. This research aims to determine consumer responses and the influence of content marketing and store atmosphere factors on consumer responses to café visitors simultaneously or partially. The population and sample are 120 consumers taken by nonprobability sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification. The instrument test was carried out with validity and reliability. Research data analysis includes multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that content marketing and store atmosphere are considered good. Simultaneously and partially, content marketing and store atmosphere factors have a positive and significant effect on consumer responses.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Reward and Punishment on the discipline of teacher performance at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation. The aims of this research are: To determine the effect of reward on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation, to determine the effect of punishment on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation, to determine the effect of reward and punishment together on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Foundation Zaid Bin Tsabit. This research method uses quantitative research with a sample size of 53 people. The results of the research showed that there was no significant influence between reward on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation, there was a significant influence between punishment on the disciplinary performance of teachers at the Zaid Bin Tsabit Foundation, and there was a significant influence between the reward and punishment variables together at the Zaid Foundation Bin Tsabit.

Abstract

The development of the business world demands effective human resource management. However, the high unemployment rate in Indonesia highlights the need to foster creativity and innovation to create new job opportunities, especially in the digital economy era, which enables promising online business opportunities. The purpose of this research is to understand how planning models for the development of creativity and innovation can be applied in the digital economy era. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study consists of actors in L.Fashion.Id (resellers and customers), totaling 78 individuals. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that creativity and innovation have a significant impact on the digital economy. Additionally, the digital economy in L.Fashion.Id has increased sales volume over the past three years.
