This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior with employee engagement as a mediating variable in Coffee Shop employees in Alam Sutera, Pinang District, South Tangerang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total of 99 employees and is analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS application version 4.1. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The research variables used. Self-efficacy and perceived Organizational Support were determined as independent exogenous variables, Employee Engagement as mediating variables and Organizational Citizenship Behavior was determined as dependent endogenous variables. The results of the study show that self-efficacy has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, but it does not affect employee engagement. Perceived organizational support has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior, but it has a significant effect on employee engagement. Employee engagement has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, employee engagement does not mediate the effect of self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior, but is able to mediate the influence of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior.
