Abstract

ABSTRACT Various efforts have been made by the Indonesian government to reduce the number of positive cases of COVID-19 which is still growing. As a form of participation in preventing the spread of COVID-19, community service activities were carried out to increase public awareness during the pandemic about the importance of vaccination programs in preventing transmission and implementing health protocols and healthy lifestyles. Activities are packaged in the form of counseling and education through distributing brochures, masks, hand sanitizers to residents' homes with the help of several students. The target location is Jalan Haji Ridan RT01/RW01, Poris Plawad Indah Village, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City, Banten Province. From the Budi Luhur University campus, it is approximately 15-20 kilometers. The schedule of activities starts from June 24 to August 1, 2021. The method of implementing this community service activity applies the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) method, by filling out a questionnaire to get an assessment from the community of the activity implementers. The result of the assessment from the eyes of the community is 73 out of 100. This means that this activity is quite well received. During this pandemic period, it is possible to carry out community service without gathering residents and continuing to carry out health protocols, and can even play an active role in preventing the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: COVID-19; Participatory Rural Appraisal; Vaccination ABSTRAK Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk menekan jumlah kasus positif COVID-19 yang hingga saat ini masih terus bertambah. Sebagai wujud partisipasi dalam mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat di masa pandemi tentang pentingnya program vaksinasi dalam mencegah penularan serta menjalankan protokol kesehatan dan pola hidup sehat. Kegiatan dikemas dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan edukasi melalui penyebaran brosur, masker, hand sanitizer ke rumah-rumah warga dengan dibantu oleh beberapa orang mahasiswa. Lokasi sasaran berada di Jalan Haji Ridan RT01/RW01, Kelurahan Poris Plawad Indah, Kecamatan Cipondoh, Kota Tanggerang, Provinsi Banten. Dari kampus Universitas Budi Luhur kurang lebih berjarak antara 15 – 20 kilometer. Jadwal kegiatan dimulai 24 Juni sampai dengan 1 Agustus 2021. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan abdimas ini menerapkan metode PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal), dengan pengisian angket untuk mendapatkan penilaiaan dari masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil penilaian dari mata masyarakat adalah 73 dari 100. Hal ini berarti kegiatan ini cukup diterima dengan baik. Di masa pandemi ini tidak menutup kemugkinan untuk melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tanpa pengumpulan warga dan tetap menjalankan protokol kesehatan, bahkan bisa berperan aktif dalam pencegahan pandemi COVID-19. Abstract

This research is aimed to explore and find out the effect of military ethics and motivation on the national commitment of the soldiers of the Indonesian Army. The research is conducted on the soldiers in the rank of non-commissioned and enlisted soldiers at one of the Indonesian Army units in Jakarta. The data is collected with the survey method on the sample that comprises of 83 respondents which are taken with a simple random sampling technique. The data is analyzed quantitatively from an organizational behavior perspective with the Path Analysis technique utilizing SPSS 22 software. The test of normality and linearity of each regression between variables results in a normal distribution of residual and linearly related. The results of this research show that (1) military ethics has a positively direct effect on national commitment; (2) military ethics has a positively direct effect on motivation; (3) motivation has a positively direct effect on national commitment; (4) military ethics has an indirect effect on national commitment through motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, fasilitas kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja pada pegawai kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean A Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak  80 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan Teknik simple random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert yang telah diolah menggunakan sofware SPSS versi 25. Analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan   bahwa variabel komunikasi (X1) dan fasilitas kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja (Y). Koefisien regresi untuk variabel komunikasi adalah 0.363 dengan nilai p sebesar 0.007, dan koefisien regresi untuk variabel fasilitas kerja adalah 0.527 dengan nilai p sebesar 0.000. Sebaliknya, variabel lingkungan kerja (X3) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -0.081 dan nilai p sebesar 0.555. Kemungkinan besar, faktor-faktor seperti kenyamanan dalam bekerja, misalnya ruang kerja yang sejuk dan adanya tanaman hidup, sudah terpenuhi sehingga tidak memberikan pengaruh tambahan yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi manajerial terhadap upaya peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai di kantor pengawasan dan pelayanan  bea dan cukai tipe madya pabean A Tangerang.Kata-kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Fasilitas Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Semangat Kerja

Abstract

This study aims to examine The Role of Work Motivation Mediation in the Influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour in employees of the Pusat Jasa Kearsipan, Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. The employee population at the Pusat Jasa Kearsipan, Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia is 55 people. The sample used in this study is using a saturated sample. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a likert scale processed using Microsoft Excel 2013 software and Smart PLS 4.1 version. The research method used is SEM PLS. The results of this study show that the variable perceived organizational support has a not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, employee engagement has a not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and work motivation has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the study also showed that there was a significant influence of perceived organizational support on work motivation, and a significant effect of employee engagement on work motivation. This study also results that work motivation is stated to be able to mediate perceived organizational support for organizational citizenship behaviour, and work motivation is also able to mediate employee engagement towards organizational citizenship behaviour at the Pusat Jasa Kearsipan, Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and work-life balance on employee engagement with mediation of job satisfaction at PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang Kebayoran Lama South Jakarta. The sample in this study were 65 employees support unit of PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang. Data was collected through a questionnaire using google form. The sampling technique used in this study is the saturated sampling method (total sampling). Data analysis in this study used structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 4.1. Hypothesis testing with the PLS approach, carried out in two stages, namely testing the outer model and inner model. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Organizational Support has a significant effect on Employee Engagement while the Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction variables have an insignificant effect on Employee Engagement.

Abstract

This study uses SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces model to analyze the strategic environment of 德州美墨炸雞 Rangers Fried Chicken (RFC) in Taipei, Taiwan. The study aims to evaluate the internal and external factors of RFC and provide insights into RFC's competitiveness in the Taiwanese fast food market. The results not only highlight RFC's strengths such as strong brand, product quality and service system, but also significant challenges such as intense competition and changing consumer preferences. The study provides strategic recommendations to enhance RFC's competitive advantage and ensure long-term sustainability.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study by analyzing The Strategic Business Analysis Using Pestel And Porter’s Five Forces Model (A Study About 德州美墨炸雞 Rangers Fried Chicken Taipei-Taiwan), using PESTEL analysis and Porter's Five Forces model with a qualitative approach. The results show that economic stability, technological developments, and changes in consumer preferences provide opportunities and challenges. The tight competition in the fast food restaurant industry is characterized by the presence of international and local players. Adaptive and innovative strategies are needed to maintain competitiveness, including improving product quality, diversifying menus, and adopting the latest technology.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive and dynamic job market, having employability is a highly valuable and priceless asset. This study aims to identify several key aspects that can effectively enhance the employability of students at Ki Hajar Dewantoro Vocational School, namely self-confidence, soft skills, and social support. Through an in-depth quantitative analysis of data from 100 randomly selected participants, this study is expected to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of vocational school graduates in facing the ever-changing challenges of the job market. The findings of this study underscore the importance of soft skills and social support in overall student employability. This indicates that efforts to enhance employability should focus more on the development of soft skills and the strengthening of students' social support networks for more optimal results.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is an important factor for company progress, because it is voluntary behavior outside the official job description and can increase company effectiveness and efficiency. This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, and Emotional intelligence on Organizational citizenship behavior at PT Berau Karetindo Lestari South Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 110 respondents. The sampling method uses probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2007 software and SPSS Version 26 software. The data analysis used is correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational citizenship behavior, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational citizenship behavior, Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Organizational citizenship behavior, and Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, and Emotional intelligence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Organizational citizenship behavior.
