Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of reward, work motivation, and workload on employee performance at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN) of South Sulawesi Province. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents. The data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25. The results indicate that reward, work motivation, and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the independent variables explain 48.6% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. These findings suggest that improving reward systems, enhancing work motivation, and optimizing workload management can contribute to better employee performance.
