<![CDATA[This community service entitled "Optimizing the Management of Aren Sugar, Ginger, and Temulawak to Increase Local Economic Independence" is targeted at Cafetaria UMKM partners managed by the PSE of St. Francis Asisi Parish Catholic Church About in Ndoso District, West Manggarai Regency. This assistance departs from the problem that Cafetaria UMKM experience slow growth conditions while market demand is high. This condition creates a gap between supply and demand. In the context of supply, UMKM Cafetaria recorded low supply activities due to several factors, namely limited raw materials, limited production equipment, and inefficient COGS calculations. Partner assistance has the following objectives; First, increasing the supply of raw materials through a partnership strategy with ginger, temulawak, and nira water farmers so as to support a sustainable production process. Second, increase production by procuring new production equipment. Third, strengthen and improve the strategy of calculating COGS with Activity Based Costing so that partners have the ability and experience in determining COGS. Fourth, improve understanding of distribution and marketing so that from existing strengths, partners can expand the market.]]>
