This study aims to determine the level of gross motor skills of grade IV and V students at SD Negeri 001 Rambah Hilir. This research used a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method. The research subjects consisted of 40 students, including 20 grade IV students and 20 grade V students. The research instruments consisted of several motor ability tests including a 40-meter sprint, zig-zag run, standing long jump, tennis ball throw and catch, and single-leg stand. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with T-score conversion and percentage analysis. The results showed that the overall level of students' gross motor skills was in the moderate category with a percentage of 42.5%, followed by the good category at 32.5%, the low category at 15%, and the very low category at 10%. These findings indicate that most students have a moderate level of gross motor ability, but improvements are still needed through more structured and systematic physical education programs.
