<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of archive and document digitalization managed by Kelurahan Balai Tongah Koto, Payakumbuh Utara District, Payakumbuh City, using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The research employed a qualitative method with in-depth interviews involving five informants consisting of the Village Head (Lurah), Village Secretary, Administrative Staff, Community Social Worker (PSM), and community members. Data analysis was conducted thematically using NVivo software through the stages of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, supported by Hierarchy Chart and Project Map visualizations.The findings indicate that archive digitalization is positively perceived by the apparatus as a modernization effort to shift document management from a manual system to a faster, more accurate, and easily accessible digital system. The implementation has produced tangible impacts on improved work performance and efficiency, speed and accuracy of public services, as well as transparency and accountability of documents. Supporting factors for success include ease of feature use, availability of training and technical assistance, organizational support, and a collaborative work culture among staff. However, the implementation still faces technical obstacles (unstable internet networks and limited infrastructure) as well as non-technical obstacles (human resource adaptation and long-standing work habits).Overall, archive digitalization at Kelurahan Balai Tongah has successfully enhanced the effectiveness of administrative management and the quality of public services. Its sustainability requires strengthening technological infrastructure, continuous training, system feature development, and shared commitment from all parties involved.]]>
