Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on digital dexterity. Digital dexterity has also been shown to have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation. Furthermore, transformational leadership has a positive and significant direct effect on entrepreneurial orientation.
