<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the level of readiness for digitization of traditional MSMEs in the Arab Melayu Urban Village, Seberang Jambi City, and to examine the relationship between technology, innovation, human resources, and self-development. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-correlational design. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 48 traditional MSME actors and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Spearman's correlation test. The results show that traditional MSMEs are ready to adopt digitalization, as reflected in their relatively high scores in the aspects of technology, innovation, human resources, and self-development. Spearman's correlation test shows a positive and significant relationship between technology and innovation as well as human resources, while the relationship between innovation and self-development is positive but not yet significant. These findings indicate that the readiness of MSMEs for digitalization is multidimensional, not only determined by the use of technology, but also influenced by human resource capacity and the dynamics of business innovation. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of sustainable mentoring and capacity building programs, particularly in improving the digital and innovation skills of MSME actors, in order to support a more equitable and sustainable digitalization process.]]>
