Pineapple peel and mangosteen peel waste have the potential to be used as raw materials for environmentally friendly organic cleaning products. This study aims to produce an eco-enzyme-based organic cleaning product through the fermentation of 150 grams of pineapple peel powder, 90 grams of mangosteen peel powder, and 1500 mL of water for 14 days. After fermentation, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 3 mL of essential oil were added. Product characterization included pH, homogeneity, stability, and cleaning effectiveness tests. The results showed that the product's pH decreased from 5 to 4, had good homogeneity and stability, and produced little foam when used. The product is able to clean glass or mirrors, house floors, household appliances, and motor vehicles. In addition, the fermentation dregs have the potential to be used as organic fertilizer. The results show that InnoClean Bio has the potential to be an effective organic cleaning alternative while supporting the implementation of the circular economy concept by using organic waste into useful products.
