<![CDATA[Psychological readiness is a factor that can influence an athlete's ability to execute technical skills during matches. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between self-confidence and match performance among female volleyball athletes participating in the extracurricular program at SMA Negeri 1 Ciniru. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional correlational design was employed. The study population consisted of 30 active members, from which 15 female athletes aged 15–17 with match experience were selected via purposive sampling. Self-confidence was measured using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire covering self-concept, self-esteem, perception of physical condition, and match experience. Match performance was assessed using a rubric evaluating serving, passing, smashing, and blocking skills. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression at a 5% significance level. The results revealed a very strong positive relationship between self-confidence and match performance (r = 0.879; p < 0.001). Regression analysis also indicated a positive coefficient (B = 0.782; p < 0.001).
