Parking is an integral component of the overall road transportation system. Parking facilities are commonly found in urban transportation systems, both in major cities and in developing cities. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of parking spaces at Keputran Utara Market and to determine the capacity and parking needs at Keputran Utara Market. The research method used was descriptive quantitative analysis, involving a 7-day field survey. Vehicle data was analyzed to determine parking accumulation, parking volume, parking duration, parking turnover rate, and parking space requirements. The results show that the parking area at the study site is extremely congested. The highest parking volume was recorded on Tuesday, with a total of 809 vehicles (540 motorcycles and 269 cars). The average parking duration for motorcycles was 141.67 minutes, and for cars, 117.67 minutes. The parking turnover rate (TPO) for cars was higher (4.59) than that for motorcycles (1.86). The average parking index for cars reached 148.72% (exceeding capacity), while that for motorcycles was 31.72%.
