<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the form of learning disorder in students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) characteristics in understanding the concept of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in grade III Elementary School. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design to examine in depth the phenomenon of learning difficulties in IPAS in students with ADHD in the natural context of the school. The study was conducted at Muhammadiyah 18 Elementary School in Surabaya with five third-grade students who were indicated to have ADHD characteristics as subjects. Data collection techniques included observation of learning behavior, semi-structured interviews with class teachers, and questionnaires to students to strengthen the validity of the findings. The results of the study showed several forms of difficulties, namely: (1) difficulty maintaining focus and concentration; (2) difficulty understanding long or gradual instructions; (3) obstacles in behavioral control and task management, such as impulsiveness and forgetfulness; and (4) low learning independence that requires intensive guidance and repetition of the material. Teachers are advised to apply adaptive learning strategies, utilize visual media, and simplify instructions according to the individual needs of students.]]>
