This study aims to analyze the management of co-curricular programs in enhancing student academic achievement within Islamic educational institutions. It employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and SaldaƱa, involving the stages of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that co-curricular program management has been implemented systematically through the functions of planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating. These programs were developed through activities such as material enrichment, academic mentoring, literacy strengthening, and motivational support for the learning process. Effective management implementation resulted in increased learning motivation, improved comprehension of subject matter, a stronger literacy culture, greater student engagement, and enhanced academic achievement, as evidenced by improved learning outcomes and student grades.
