<![CDATA[ZIS Governance Transformation: Efforts of UPZIS MWC NU Mejobo in Accelerating Community Education in Kudus. This community service research aims to analyze the transformation of Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah (ZIS) governance in accelerating community education by optimizing the role of UPZIS MWC NU Mejobo, Kudus. Using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, this community service focuses on internal asset mobilization and managerial assistance through three stages: observation, consultation, and evaluation. The results of the community service revealed that although UPZIS Mejobo has a comprehensive educational program such as providing bicycles, scholarships, and incentives for TPA/TPQ teachers, its effectiveness was hampered by administrative constraints, a scarcity of skilled human resources, and sectoral egos. Interventions in the form of reporting education, additional administrative human resources, and strengthening the organizational structure have been proven to significantly improve program performance and institutional accountability with an increase of 85%. The implications of this community service emphasize that the professionalism of amil at the grassroots level is an absolute prerequisite in converting social capital into systemic educational impact. This community service contributes to the theorization of community zakat management that is able to break the chain of poverty through intellectual investment. It is recommended for further service to integrate a digital-based reporting system (e-zakat) to ensure continued transparency and facilitate replication of the model in other regions with different geographical challenges.]]>
