Abstract

Employee productivity in a member-based financial institution such as a credit cooperative depends heavily on internal organizational conditions, particularly shared values and employees' psychological attachment to their jobs. This study examines the effect of organizational culture and work interest on employee productivity at KSP Kopdit Guru Kelubagolit, East Flores Regency, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach was applied using a saturated sampling technique involving all 39 employees as respondents. Data were collected via questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS 26. Results show organizational culture has no significant partial effect on employee productivity (t-count 1.894 < t-table 2.028; sig. 0.066 > 0.05), whereas work interest has a positive and significant partial effect (t-count 6.454 > t-table 2.028; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect employee productivity (F-count 70.000 > F-table 3.25; sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with a coefficient of determination of 0.795, meaning 79.5% of the variation is explained by both variables, while 20.5% stems from other factors. These findings suggest that cooperative management should prioritize aligning employees' work interests with their duties while strengthening the internalization of organizational values.
