This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Equity (ROE) and Dividend Per Share (DPS) on stock prices of plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021–2025. The method employed is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 9 companies selected through purposive sampling from a population of 28 companies, generating 45 observation data points. Prior to analysis, all classical assumption tests were satisfied through a logarithmic data transformation. Partial test results indicate that ROE does not have a significant effect on stock prices (t-value 0.069; sig. 0.945 > 0.05), whereas DPS has a positive and significant effect (t-value 10.751; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, ROE and DPS together exert a significant effect on stock prices (F-value 57.796; sig. 0.000), with an Adjusted R Square of 0.721 or 72.1%. It is concluded that DPS is the dominant factor shaping stock prices in the plantation sub-sector. Companies are advised to maintain consistency in dividend payments to strengthen investor confidence and support stock price appreciation.
