Early childhood tolerance requires classroom habituation and learning administration that connects objectives, activities, assessment, and family follow-up. This community engagement program strengthened Edu-Administration for Peace at Wafa Humairah Early Childhood Education in Samarinda. Conducted from September to November 2025, it involved the principal, teachers, caregivers, administrative staff, parents, and children through needs mapping, collaborative lesson-plan review, tolerance-based learning mentoring, classroom observation, and reflective evaluation. The program produced lesson plans with explicit social-emotional indicators, role play, storytelling, small-group projects, turn-taking games, systematic observation notes, and stronger school-family communication. Children increasingly demonstrated respect for differences, cooperation, sharing, turn-taking, emotion regulation, and dialogue in resolving minor conflicts. Educator commitment, available media, a conducive climate, and parental involvement supported implementation, while limited time and activity variation remained constraints. Edu-Administration for Peace offers a practical cycle for inclusive and sustainable tolerance education in early childhood settings.
