<![CDATA[Study This aims to analyze the influence of accountability and transparency, both separately and together, on the procurement of goods and services for performance management in the environment of the Payakumbuh City Government. Background study based on the importance of good governance in the management of public budgets, where there are still constraints, such as limitations on the ability to source power, as well as an understanding that has not been comprehensive of the rules and systems, leading to lower quality results in work. Research: This method uses a quantitative, associative design. The population includes 254 officials and team managers, with a sample of up to 70 people selected according to the Krejcie–Morgan formula and taken through a comparable tiered sampling process. Data obtained from a questionnaire that has been tested for feasibility. Analysis results show that accountability and transparency each have a positive and real impact on performance, as well as together contribute by 62.6% in change performance. It can be concluded that the consistent implementation of the second principle is a key driver in realizing effective, efficient procurement and growing public trust.]]>
