<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the correlation between psychological climate and meaningfulness of work among Generation Z employees working in Medan City. A quantitative approach with an associative correlational design was employed. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires administered to 100 Generation Z employees selected using accidental sampling. The data were analyzed using normality and linearity tests and Pearson Product–Moment correlation analysis. The results showed a correlation coefficient of 0.614 with a significance value of 0.003, indicating a positive and significant correlation between psychological climate and meaningfulness of work. The coefficient of determination of 37.7% indicates that variation in meaningfulness of work is associated with variation in psychological climate by 37.7%, while the remaining 62.3% is associated with other factors not examined in this study. These findings indicate that employees’ perceptions of a safe, supportive, and enabling work environment are associated with the level of meaning they perceive in their work. Theoretically, this relationship can be understood through Self-Determination Theory, particularly the fulfillment of the psychological needs for autonomy, competence, and relatedness. The study highlights the importance of fostering a positive psychological climate as one contextual factor supporting meaningfulness of work among Generation Z employees.]]>
