Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja memilki hubungan dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan Koperasi Unit Desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi 110 karyawan dan sampel 70 karyawan lapangan. Untuk menentukan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja dan skala komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan Koperasi Unit Desa ā€œPā€ SJ. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang ditunjukkan dengan angka korelasi = 0,750 dengan nilai p = 0,000 0,05 yang artinya bahwa ada hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sumbangan efektifitas kepuasan kerja sebesar BE % = 56,3 % mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan 43,7 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi tergolong dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

Anak dengan autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) memiliki hambatan pada kemampuan bahasa resptif, dimana anak belum mampu memahami ucapan yang disampaikan orang lain kepadanya. Kemampaun bahasa reseptif menjadi hal yang penting untuk dimiliki anak ASD, karena rendahnya kemampuan bahasa resptif pada anak ASD dapat mengakibatkan anak menjadi sulit untuk mengikuti instruksi sederhana, dan sulit untuk dilatih keterampilan yang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas discrete trial training (DTT) dalam menignkatkan kemampuan bahasa reseptif pada anak ASD. Kemampuan bahasa reseptif pada penelitian ini spesifik pada kemampuan merespons saat nama anak dipanggil dan kemampuan mengikuti instruksi duduk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode single case experimental design, dan proses analisis data dengan membandingkan nilai rata-rata kemampuan merespons saat dipanggil dan mengikuti instruksi duduk sebelum dan sesudah diintervensi dengan DTT. Partsipan dalam penelitian ini anak berusia 4 tahun dengan diagnosis ASD. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa DTT dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa reseptif anak ASD.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between workload and work stress of Medan Senior STIKes lecturers. The method in this research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were Senior Medan STIKes lecturers. The sample in the study amounted to 60 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The data collection method uses a workload scale and work stress scale with a Likert scale model. The data analysis method uses Person Product Moment. The results of this study show that there is a positive relationship between workload and work stress of lecturers at STIKes Senior Medan, with a correlation coefficient rxy = 0.448, which shows a strong relationship. The linear significant value is 0.563 with p = 0.000 (p 0.05), which means there is a linear relationship between workload and work stress. The higher the workload, the higher the work stress. This research hypothesis is accepted. Most of the Medan Senior STIKes lecturers have moderate levels of work stress, with 41 lecturers (68.3% of all lecturers) experiencing moderate stress.

Abstract

This study aims to find out Job Satifaction Of PT. Ira Jaya Satria Employees. In this study, the sample used was 68 employees using the total sampling technique. Based on the analysis used in this study, Product Moment Correlation, data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses a descriptive analysis technique which is then percentaged and categorized. The results of the study showed that employee job satisfaction was in the high category with a percentage obtained of 11.8% or as many as 8 employees stated that employee job satisfaction was very high, as much as 75.0% or as many as 51 employees stated that employee job satisfaction was moderate, by 13.2% or as many as 9 employees stated that employee job satisfaction was low Job satisfaction is reviewed from salary, promotion, employer, benefits, awards, work procedures, colleagues, nature of work and communication.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) has drastically transformed the landscape of work, creating uncertainty and psychological pressure for many workers. This article aims to examine how psychological perspectives, particularly positive and organizational psychology, can be employed to respond to AI-driven changes in work roles. This study uses a qualitative literature review approach, drawing on scholarly articles and policy reports from various disciplines and global contexts. Findings indicate that while AI induces anxiety and stress due to new job demands, it also presents opportunities for adaptation if supported by strengthened psychological capital such as optimism and resilience. Additionally, soft skills such as empathy and emotional intelligence remain essential competencies that AI cannot replace. Organizational psychology and public policy play a strategic role in fostering fair and supportive work ecosystems through psychological assessment-based interventions and human-centered work design. This review underscores the importance of integrating psychological approaches in navigating workforce transformations in the digital age.

Abstract

This study presents a literature review of the factors influencing consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction results from the accumulation of consumers and consumers where there is an assessment of the unique features of the product or service that are by consumer expectations. Satisfying consumer needs is the desire of every company. In addition to being an essential factor for the company's survival, satisfying consumer needs can increase competitive advantage. The importance of studying consumer satisfaction has been widely expressed in previous studies. The study revealed many factors influencing consumer satisfaction, such as product quality, service quality, price, warranty, and emotional and perceived security. The research method uses a systematic literature review. Research data was obtained through an internet search regarding consumer satisfaction journals with the criteria for articles used, namely those published in the last 5 years, from 2019 to 2024. Article searches through the Researchgate database, Google Scholar and Google Search were done using the keywords satisfaction, consumers, and customers. The number of journals analyzed was 11 journals. Data is used to identify and analyze factors that influence consumer satisfaction. The results of this study conclude that several factors affect consumer satisfaction, including duct quality, service quality, price, warranty, emotion, and perception of security.
