<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the interpersonal communication strategies employed by ustadzah in supporting the tahfiz motivation of female students at Rumah Qur’an Maskanul Huffadz. This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving three ustadzah and three female students selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was examined through source and technique triangulation. The findings show that the interpersonal communication strategies employed by the ustadzah included personal approaches, spiritual motivation, emotional support, appreciation of memorization progress, dialogue to address obstacles, and exemplary behavior. These strategies reflected the interpersonal communication dimensions of openness, empathy, supportiveness, positiveness, and equality. Personal and dialogical communication contributed to creating a comfortable learning environment, strengthening students’ self-confidence and discipline, and helping them maintain motivation when facing boredom and difficulties in memorizing the Qur’an. The findings indicate that interpersonal communication employed by ustadzah functions not only as a medium for delivering tahfiz instruction but also as a means of providing emotional and spiritual guidance to female students.]]>
